So this eyeliner pen is raved about quite a lot, as are a lot of Soap & Glory products and I can tell why. It is so easy to use, it really is 'CARBON BLACK' which is good as you don't want to get an eyeliner to then find out it's more dark grey than black, It also stays on all day and doesn't fade and the packaging is SO cute, which I know doesn't really matter but I just love cute packaging soooo.....
